Hydraulic Lift

What is Hydraulic Lift?

At Hope Elevators, we specialize in high-quality, durable, and safe hydraulic lift solutions tailored to your needs. With a strong presence across India, we provide installation, maintenance, and repair services, ensuring smooth operations and long-lasting performance.

A hydraulic lift is a type of elevator that operates using a hydraulic mechanism, utilizing fluid pressure to raise and lower the lift platform. These lifts are widely used in residential, commercial, and industrial applications due to their smooth operation, durability, and costeffectiveness

The piston smoothly lifts the elevator cab. Electrical valves control the release of the oil for a gentle descent. Hydraulic elevators are used extensively in buildings up to five or six stories high.

Sometimes, but rarely, up to 8 stories high. These elevators, which can operate at speed up to 61 meters (200 ft) per minute, do not use the large overhead hoisting machinery the way geared and gearless traction systems do.

Types of Hydraulic Elevators

Passenger Hydraulic Lift

1. It does not require deep pit and head room, does not require conventional lift well and phase power is not necessary.
2. Mostly preferred in the market for their cost-effectiveness, the offered lifts are especially used for lifting passengers at a certain height.

Hospital Hydraulic Lift

1. Low installation cost, which reduce maintenance cost in comparison with traction lift.
2. Longer useful life as the lift system functions in hydraulic oil
3. Safety comfort and low noise level

Car Elevator Systems

For high rise applications - particularly prestige residential buildings and offices in built up areas- lorry and car elevators provide the ideal solution for effortless and secure vehicle transportation between floors, and they remain a popular choice for exclusive new developments.

Parts of Hydraulic Elevators

Power Packs

High pressure gear pump that power up hydraulic cylinder with high pressure hydraulic oil, single phase or three phase electric motor, a aluminium Central Manifold which hold all of hydraulic cartridge valves, and also connect motor, hydraulic pump, hydraulic reservoir tank together.
▸ Silent features
▸ Quieter operation
▸ Protects against system shock

Hydraulic Cylinders

Hydraulic cylinders get their power from pressurized hydraulic fluid, which is typically oil. The hydraulic cylinder consists of a cylinder barrel, in which a piston connected to a piston rod moves back and forth.
